the room felt quite small given what i expected for the price point and the hotel's rating it was more akin to a smaller size you would expect from a lower-tier hotel the breakfast options were also somewhat limited specifically the coffee quality was not great and there were no fresh juices available

the room got pretty noisy. i could hear noise at times. the hotel feels worn in places. some areas smell bad at times. laundry wasn't returned on time.

The staff were helpful. Jenny, Zoe, Chloe, and Leo were amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool was enjoyable after a day's sightseeing (I loved the rooftop bar). Breakfast choices changed daily.
The noise from outside was significant. I am glad we stayed on the tenth floor.

The rooftop pool and bar provide a very nice area to cool down after a long, warm day. the hotel's location is perfect for accessing attractions and restaurants (Train Street is only a two-minute walk away).

The breakfast had a diverse selection. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The location is near to the city center. The room was neat, tidy, and perfect for two people!
The room I had was small. It felt more like a 3-star size. I did notice some issues with the laundry service. Items weren't always returned within the promised timeframe.

The staff was cute. They helped me book transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. The hotel is near museums, the lake, and train street, very convenient. The staff stored my luggage when I went to Halong Bay.
The breakfast choices were somewhat limited, offering only industrial juices rather than fresh ones.
